Partnerships & Growth Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Partnerships & Growth Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying, pitching, and closing brand collaboration opportunities for influencers and creators under our management.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of influencer marketing, and the ability to build and manage brand relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential brand partners

Pitch influencers/creators for paid collaborations

Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies

Handle outreach via email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Negotiate deals and manage collaboration opportunities

Maintain records of ongoing and upcoming partnerships

Support overall growth in brand collaborations

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Understanding of influencer marketing & digital ecosystem

Confidence in client communication and pitching

Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities

Prior experience in sales/marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
