Role Description

The Embedded Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, closing, and managing B2B partnerships with platforms that have built-in borrower ecosystems.

These partners do not lend they refer lending-ready customers from their platforms to EFUNDZZ, where EFUNDZZ finances them through its lender network.

Example partners include:

  • E-commerce platforms (e.g., BigBasket, B2B marketplaces)
  • Accounting & ERP platforms (e.g., Tally, Zoho)
  • SaaS platforms serving MSMEs
  • Aggregators, marketplaces, and enterprise ecosystems

The core responsibility is to bring high-quality, repeatable lending lead flows into EFUNDZZ via partnerships.

Partner Identification & Acquisition

  • Identify platforms that:
  • Have active MSME / vendor / merchant / customer bases
  • Can embed or refer lending needs into their customer journeys
  • Build partnerships with:
  • E-commerce & B2B marketplaces
  • ERP / Accounting / SaaS platforms
  • Enterprise ecosystems with vendor or distributor networks

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Relationship Management and handling Account Management
  • Strong skills in Communication to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge and expertise in building and sustaining Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships for business growth
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial collaborations
  • Highly adaptable, target-driven, and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving specified goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the financial services or lending industry is an advantage
