Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying, building, and maintaining strategic partnerships, driving business development opportunities, and implementing effective go-to-market strategies. The Manager will actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster impactful relationships that contribute to meeting business growth objectives.

Please note this role is completely on revenue sharing basis.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in building and nurturing Strategic Partnerships
  • Strong Business Development and Sales acumen
  • Expertise in crafting and executing Go-to-Market Strategies
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive informed decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in leadership development or talent management is a plus
