Partnership Manager

Partnership Managers establish and maintain strong client and partner relationships to maximize revenue growth. They identify high-value leads, evaluate key potential partners, and build strategies to convert these connections into productive, long-term, and profitable engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities.
  • Manage and execute joint go-to-market strategies with relevant partners.
  • Facilitate pipeline reviews, partner training, and business reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute business plans to maximize revenue and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities with prospective partners, negotiate terms, and coordinate between partner teams and Keka's internal teams.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations.
  • Work closely with Keka's sales team to drive pipeline growth through new and existing partnerships and serve as the liaison between Sales and Partners.
  • Run and enable co-marketing/co-selling programs with internal teams and partner stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience managing channel partners and complex channel relationships (co-sell, resale, OEM/licensing), or 2–5 years of relevant HRMS/SaaS experience in Inside Sales or Sales with a strong interest in transitioning into Partnership roles.
  • Experience in building and maintaining channel programs for a software company (SaaS preferred).
  • Proven ability to design and execute sales channel development and marketing programs that drive revenue.
  • Strong sales background with expertise in pricing, relationship management, and consultative selling.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting company policies, targets, and budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in quota-carrying roles and business development.
  • Strong team player who is results-driven, metrics-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze market and competitor data to support and enhance partner strategy.
