Position Summary
The Partnership Manager will lead and manage strategic relationships with donors, CSR partners, corporates, NGOs, startups, accelerators, and incubators to advance Earthon Foundation's mission. The role focuses on building high-impact collaborations, strengthening donor engagement, supporting fundraising initiatives, and ensuring consistent, professional partner communication across all stages of engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Strategic Outreach
- Identify, assess, and onboard potential partners including donors, CSR entities, corporates, NGOs, startups, accelerators, and incubators.
- Lead outreach efforts through meetings, networking forums, events, and follow-ups to build long-term strategic alliances.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of partnership and collaboration opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
Donor & Partner Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with existing donors and partners to ensure sustained engagement and trust.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner and donor communications.
- Represent Earthon Foundation in external meetings, reviews, conferences, and partnership events.
Proposal Development, Grant & Investment Support
- Lead the development of high-quality proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, presentations, and partnership documents.
- Support grant management processes including donor reporting, compliance documentation, and timely updates.
- Coordinate internally to gather programmatic, financial, and impact data required for proposals and donor communication.
Fundraising Research & Opportunity Mapping
- Conduct continuous research to identify new funding, grant, CSR, and partnership opportunities.
- Map startup investment, innovation partnerships, and ecosystem collaboration opportunities (added advantage).
- Maintain and update databases on donors, CSR trends, funding requirements, partner contacts, and opportunity pipelines.
- Track partnership leads, engagement progress, and conversion status.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams to understand program goals, funding needs, and impact narratives.
- Align partnership and fundraising strategies with organizational objectives.
- Ensure smooth information flow between internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications
Mandatory
- Up to 6 years of experience in partnership development, donor relations, CSR engagement, fundraising, grant management, or stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities effectively.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Development Studies, Management, or related fields.
Language
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Hindi or regional language proficiency preferred.
Other Requirements
- Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.
- Experience or exposure to grant management, donor reporting, startup engagement, or investment ecosystems is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings, events, or field engagements.

Compensation
Annual CTC: Up to 10 Lakh per annum
Reimbursement: All official travel, accommodation, and logistics will be covered as per organisational policy.
Reporting To Managing Director
Travel Requirements: Moderate travel for partner meetings, reviews, events, or ecosystem engagements as required.
