Relationship Manager - Corporate Partnership

• Expand the company's network by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships.
• Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, development) to design and implement effective partnership strategies.
• Develop a scalable framework for onboarding and formalizing partnerships.
• Negotiate and close deals with new partners, ensuring mutual benefit and business value.
• Take ownership of partnership performance, including reporting, tracking, and optimizing outcomes.
• Ensure partnerships consistently deliver on commitments to customers and stakeholders.

Experience Required:

• Proven track record in partnership management and deal negotiation.
• Experience in building and managing partner programs.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities.
• Background as a sales professional in a software or technology environment preferred.
• Bonus: Experience in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, or related industries.
