Job Description

  • Manage strategic partnerships with insurers
  • Lead negotiations on commission structures, pricing, product offerings, and exclusive partnership deals
  • Analyze insurer performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvement plans
  • Facilitate product development and integration discussions between company and insurers, ensuring alignment with market demands
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, technology, sales, and marketing) to ensure successful execution of insurer strategies
  • Regularly review partnership agreements and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal governance
  • Generate and present reports on partnership outcomes, challenges, and recommendations to senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance partnership management, business development, or product management roles.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indian insurance market and IRDAI regulatory environment
