Title: Partner Program Manager
Work Setup: Full-time, Remote (contract)
Rate: $10 - $25 per hour
Together Light is looking for a results-driven Partner Program Head to lead and scale our rapidly growing influencer and partner marketing division. This role is responsible for defining strategy, building and managing a high-performing team, and owning the entire partner lifecycle for small and large marketing partners.

- Design and execute cutting-edge influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand and supercharge our partner program's growth
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Partner Program Agents, holding them accountable to clear KPIs and coaching them to build high-value relationships
- Take full ownership of our Agile CRM, ensuring it's used effectively and continuously improving its features to meet the program's needs
- Create compelling scripts and email templates that resonate with prospects and partners, addressing their concerns and guiding them through every stage of the outreach process
- Analyze performance data to craft smart proposals that optimize our campaigns, streamline processes, and maximize ROI
- Manage the operational backbone of the program, from quality-checking new partners to coordinating contracts, payments, and deliverables with flawless attention to detail
- Oversee our social media strategy, guiding our social media manager and approving all posts to ensure brand consistency and engagement
- Build and scale your team by defining a clear plan for hiring, training, and onboarding new talent to meet our future growth
What you will be doing:
- Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to boost the Partner Program team's performance in alignment with company goals.
- Team Leadership: Establish and track performance for all staff, coaching and training agents on prospecting, negotiation, and relationship building. You will be responsible for managing team performance and development.
- CRM & Process: Own and optimize the Agile CRM to serve the program's needs. Create all scripts, templates, and proposals for process improvement.
- Operations & QA: Quality check all new prospects, partner onboarding details, and video ad integration drafts before contracts are finalized.
- Coordination: Manage contracts, payments, and deliverables between partners and internal stakeholders.
- Social Media: Guide the social media manager on comment management and approve all posts prior to publication for CF social media channels.
- Data & Reporting: Create and analyze performance and commission reports to measure ROI and manage budget effectively.
- Talent Management: Define hiring timelines, and manage the full-cycle hiring, training, and onboarding of new Partner Program Agents.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in developing and managing successful influencer, affiliate, or partner marketing programs.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and copywriting skills.
