Key Responsibilities:
. Own and drive the complete Tamil Nadu B2B commercial business through channel partners with full revenue accountability.
. Lead and manage key metal partners to strengthen the channel ecosystem and accelerate market share growth.
. Drive the One Lenovo business approach, ensuring alignment across PC, Infrastructure (Server & Storage), and Solutions portfolios.
. Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to deliver structured and sustainable growth.
. Identify new opportunities across all commercial verticals and build expansion strategies.
. Drive server and storage business growth through effective channel engagement (experience preferred).
. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-sales, Operations, Product teams, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution, commercial alignment, pricing governance, and demand generation initiatives.
. Build a unified channel strategy that aligns all stakeholders to drive consistent and profitable growth.
. Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction, long-term engagement, and business sustainability.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
. Strong experience in B2B channel sales and partner account management.
. Exposure to Server & Storage business will be an added advantage.
. Proven ability to manage full regional commercial business ownership.
. Experience in driving structured JBP and leading impactful QBR discussions.
. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
. Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and revenue focus.
Qualifications
. Proven experience in account management, partner management, or sales-related roles
. Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management
. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for achieving sales targets
. Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales platforms, and productivity software
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and deliver results
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field MBA is a plus
. Previous experience in technology or IT sales is advantageous
