Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site/ WFH Human Resources (HR) role based in Ahmedabad. The HR professional will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and personnel, and supporting daily HR operations and recruitment processes. Additional responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Familiarity with HR Policies and procedures for effective organizational operations.
• Experience managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working in small-business environment is advantageous.
