Responsibilities

Safety:

Maintain safe working environment in working zone, Near miss, unsafe condition and unsafe act identification and resolution. Well known of SCW and best practices at shop floor.

Quality & Delivery:

Delivery of all variant to Assembly line. Plan as per Assembly line plan. Maintain min/max of Variants.

• Manpower handling efficiently
• Straight pass and DPU improvement

Technical: Basic knowledge of Powder paint technology and know the process.

• Paint Defect Control and their remedies
• Lifting equipment awareness (TPM)
• Kaizen activities and implementation
• Daily Work management
• Consumable cost controls
• Fixture management system
