Senior Time & Attendance Solution Architect / Advisor

Location: Offshore (India)

Regions Supported: EMEA (1 Resource) & APAC (1 Resource)

Role Overview

We are looking for Senior Time & Attendance Solution Architects / Advisors to support global Time and Attendance implementations across EMEA and APAC regions. Candidates with strong Time & Attendance implementation experience across enterprise platforms are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidates will act as the primary point of contact for Time & Attendance solution design, implementation, and rollout across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Time and Attendance solution implementation across assigned regions
  • Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Partner with implementation teams to design scalable and future-ready solutions
  • Drive solution architecture discussions and provide strategic guidance
  • Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and design reviews
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment
  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Time and Attendance solution-related requirements
  • Lead multi-country rollout initiatives across EMEA or APAC regions
  • Create and maintain high-quality solution documentation
  • Ensure alignment with global standards and future scalability requirements
  • Quickly learn Workforce Software platform (training will be provided by the customer)

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience implementing Time & Attendance solutions
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end Time & Attendance modules and business processes
  • Experience working as Senior TPM / Solution Architect / SME
  • Experience leading multi-country rollouts (EMEA or APAC preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead workshops and drive solution discussions
  • Strong documentation and requirement gathering capabilities
  • Experience supporting UAT and implementation lifecycle
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Workforce Software (WFS) is a plus but not mandatory
