Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of applications to meet specific business needs.
- Engage in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Experience with application integration and data management.
- Strong understanding of low-code development platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs and their implementation in SaaS applications.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
