As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of packaged or SaaS applications to meet specific business needs.
- Monitor application performance and stability, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to develop solutions.
- Familiarity with software release management and version control.
