Package Consultant-Workday Reporting & Bi

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a client-facing practitioner, leading and implementing expert Workday services across IBM offerings and technologies.
• Act as a trusted business advisor, collaborating with clients to provide innovative solutions that improve user experience, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Build, automate, and release Workday solutions based on client priorities and requirements.
• Identify risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality, providing actionable solutions.
• Ensure all solutions meet client specifications and are delivered on time.
• Lead testing and support activities to ensure defects are resolved within SLA timelines.
• Ensure compliance with Delivery Assurance (DA) checkpoints and complete them on schedule.
• Assist with Data Conversion and Reporting activities as required.
