Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Finance Planning, you will implement and support Workday's Finance Planning solution, integrating planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities, as well as financial and workforce transactions. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and maintain these systems, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with clients to design and implement Workday Finance Planning solutions that meet their financial planning and transaction needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Maintain Optimal Performance: Work with clients to maintain and optimize their Workday Finance Planning systems, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
- Support Financial Processes: Apply knowledge of financial processes to support clients in managing their financial planning and transactions within the Workday environment.
- Deliver Solution Expertise: Provide expertise on Workday Finance Planning solutions, leveraging a deep understanding of the platform to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Ensure Smooth Transitions: Execute transition plans to ensure a smooth handover of Workday Finance Planning solutions to clients, providing training and support as needed.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Financial Planning: Experience working with financial planning and forecasting tools, with an understanding of financial processes and transactions.
- Workday Platform Knowledge: Exposure to the Workday platform, including its planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities, as well as financial and workforce transactions.
- Implementation Experience: Experience implementing and supporting financial planning solutions, with a focus on integrating with existing systems.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Exposure to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to financial planning and transactions within a software environment.
- Solution Design: Experience working with clients to design and implement solutions that meet their financial planning and transaction needs.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Financial Planning Tools: Exposure to financial planning and forecasting tools, with an understanding of financial processes and transactions, is beneficial for this role.
- Workday Module Knowledge: Familiarity with various Workday modules, including planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities, as well as financial and workforce transactions, is advantageous.
- Integration Experience: Experience with integrating financial planning solutions with existing systems is desirable.
