Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Finance Planning, you will implement and support Workday's Finance Planning solution, integrating planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities, as well as financial and workforce transactions. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and maintain these systems, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with clients to design and implement Workday Finance Planning solutions that meet their financial planning and transaction needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Maintain Optimal Performance: Work with clients to maintain and optimize their Workday Finance Planning systems, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
- Support Financial Processes: Apply knowledge of financial processes to support clients in managing their financial planning and transactions within the Workday environment.
- Deliver Solution Expertise: Provide expertise on Workday Finance Planning solutions, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills to meet client needs.
- Ensure Smooth Transitions: Facilitate smooth transitions for clients by implementing and maintaining Workday Finance Planning systems that meet their business requirements.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Financial Planning: Experience working with financial planning and forecasting tools, with an understanding of financial processes and transactions.
- Workday Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the Workday platform, including its planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities, as well as financial and workforce transactions.
- Implementation Experience: Exposure to implementing and supporting financial planning solutions, with an understanding of system integration and optimization.
- Financial Process Understanding: Experience working with financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Exposure to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to financial planning and transactions within a software environment.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Financial Planning Tools: Exposure to financial planning and forecasting tools, with an understanding of financial processes and transactions, is beneficial for this role.
- Workday Module Knowledge: Familiarity with various Workday modules, including planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities, as well as financial and workforce transactions, is advantageous.
