Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents along with commercial contracts and legal documents.
Provide strategic and commercially sound legal advice on general corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Lead and manage a team of 4-6 practitioners and be responsible for end to end execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and represent the Firm at industry events and conferences.
Engage in business development initiatives for the Team and Firm and independently explore business development leads for the Firm.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

Law Graduate with minimum 8+ years PQE in the Law Firm space
Experience in leading Corporate transactions end-to-end for clients across sectors
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to build teams and mentor juniors to grow the practice
