Description
The P D Merchandiser for Home Furnishings will be responsible for developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience in the home furnishings category. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time and in the right place.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies for home furnishings products.
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform product selection.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and quality.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage product placement in stores and online channels.
- Conduct regular reviews of product performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in the development of seasonal product assortments and pricing strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in home furnishings Exports..
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
