Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Student Counsellor located in Kochi. The Overseas Student Counsellor will assist students in the application process for studying abroad, provide career counseling, offer advice on educational opportunities, and conduct mock interview sessions. The Counsellor will also answer queries, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records of student progress.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Background in Education and knowledge of study abroad processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
