Our growing team includes 50 core members and 20 online staff, with operations spanning from London to India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi for an Overseas Student Counsellor. The role involves providing personalized counseling to prospective students to guide them through their overseas education journey. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, offering career guidance, assisting with university applications, providing customer service, and addressing queries related to education programs and visa processes. The Overseas Student Counsellor will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to effectively guide and support students in their education and career goals.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with students and their families.
• Educational knowledge and familiarity with overseas study requirements to assist students in navigating academic and visa processes.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address student concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with prior experience in educational counseling or a similar domain.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic and diverse environment.
