Job Description
- Provide counselling face to face, over the telephone or online.
- Analyse the profile and clarify the concerns on their future education and visa with students and family. Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family make an educated choice & the right decision.
- To update on the current affairs and update the knowledge on education and the countries.
- Maintain the student data base and confidentiality
- Follow up with Prospects
- Ability to convert Enquiry to Walk-in
- Give Excellent Convincing Presentation to convert Walk-in to registration·
- Establish and maintain relationship with every potential Prospect
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and demonstrated ability to address student queries effectively
- Basic knowledge or experience in the Education sector
- Sales aptitude to effectively counsel students and guide them towards making informed decisions
- Ability to foster positive relationships and work collaboratively with students, educational institutions, and team members
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any relevant field
- Previous experience in overseas education consultancy would be advantageous
- Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
