This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Leader Sales, located in Bengaluru South. The responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, training and mentoring sales teams, devising effective sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Senior Leader Sales will play a pivotal role in achieving team targets while fostering a high-performance environment.

• Strong Communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on enhancing client experiences
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Capability to mentor and train sales teams to optimize their performance
• Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
