Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Outreach Executive to join our Service team in the stationery segment. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting products, and driving sales through effective communication over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and retailers to promote company products.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Maintain a strong understanding of the product range and ongoing offers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in a relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role (preferably in FMCG).
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Strong negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and calling tools.
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
