Windborne Solutions builds high-performing Shopify stores for international brands, with premium design, CRO-focused UX, and clean scalable development. We're hiring an outbound lead generation specialist who can consistently generate qualified opportunities and book appointments with the founder.
This is not a spam role. We want someone who can run outbound like a system: quality targeting, human messaging, consistent follow-up, and clear reporting across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling where required.
What you'll do:
1) Build pipeline through outbound (end-to-end)
- Run outbound across cold email + LinkedIn + cold calling (when required) to generate qualified conversations
- Own the workflow: targeting lead list building personalization follow-ups booking meetings
- Maintain clean handoff notes for booked calls (context, pain point, relevant links, next step)
2) Lead research + list building (quality first)
- Identify international Shopify brands that match our ICP (revenue band, geography, vertical, Shopify/Plus, growth signals)
- Find and verify decision makers (Founder/CEO, Head of eCom, Marketing/Growth, Ops)
3) Messaging that converts (not robotic)
- Write and test outbound hooks/angles for:
- store redesign / theme upgrades
- CRO & UX fixes (PDP/cart/checkout)
- speed/performance improvements
- landing page systems & retention support
- Personalize using real store observations (not generic compliments)
4) Cold calling (when needed)
- Use calls for:
- warm follow-ups (after email/LinkedIn engagement)
- high-intent targets where phone is available
- reactivation of stalled conversations
- Handle objections confidently and push toward booking a meeting, not selling on the call
- Log call outcomes cleanly (disposition, notes, next action)
5) Strategy + experimentation
- Build and iterate lead gen strategy based on metrics: segments, angles, sequencing, call + email coordination
- Improve targeting and scripts based on real replies and call feedback
6) Tracking + reporting
- Maintain a clean CRM and outreach tracker
- Weekly reporting on:
- reply rate / positive reply rate
- meetings booked
- show rate
- qualified meeting rate
- pipeline quality + key learnings
What success looks like (KPIs):
- 815 qualified meetings/month with decision makers
- 25% positive reply rate on targeted outbound
- 70%+ qualified meeting rate (right ICP + real intent)
- Lead list growth: 400800 targeted prospects/month (segment-dependent)
- Calls: consistent activity where phone is part of the sequence (quality > volume)
(A calendar full of unqualified leads is failure.)
What we're looking for:
Must-have
- 14+ years in outbound lead generation (agency services / Shopify / web dev / marketing services preferred)
- Proven ability to book meetings via cold email + LinkedIn; comfortable adding cold calls when required
- Strong English communication (writing + speaking; confident on calls)
- Highly organized: pipelines, follow-ups, tracking, reporting
- Outcome-driven: measured on qualified meetings and pipeline quality
- Independent operator mindset (doesn't need daily hand-holding)
Tools experience (must-have)
- Lead sourcing: Apollo / ZoomInfo / Storeleads / BuiltWith / Clay (any relevant)
- Outreach: Smartlead / Instantly / Lemlist (any)
- CRM: HubSpot / Pipedrive (or equivalent)
- Tracking: Sheets / Notion
- Calling: any dialer/VoIP familiarity is a plus (Aircall, JustCall, etc.)
Nice to have
- Experience targeting US/UK/AU/EU/UAE markets
- Understanding of eCommerce fundamentals (CVR, AOV, funnel drop-offs, speed)
- Experience selling Shopify/Plus services, CRO, or web dev retainers
