Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Operations
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment
- Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry-related tasks
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are in good working condition
- Guest Service Support
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and complaints
- Ensure minimal disruption to guests while carrying out repairs
- Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for room readiness
- Equipment & Systems
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, generators, lighting, and water systems
- Perform routine inspections of plant rooms and critical equipment
- Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with hotel policies
- Adhere to fire, health, and safety regulations
- Report any hazards or risks immediately
- Energy & Cost Control
- Support energy conservation initiatives
- Ensure efficient use of materials and tools
- Minimize wastage and control maintenance costs
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in shifts
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Refrigeration or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel maintenance or similar role
