Key Responsibilities

- Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and conversations online
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback with empathy and accuracy
- Escalate critical issues to relevant internal teams when necessary
- Maintain records of interactions and share insights for improving customer experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align communication with brand tone and campaigns
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in ORM, social media management, or customer engagement roles
- Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and detail
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels
- Ability to handle customer interactions calmly and professionally
- Basic understanding of social media tools and analytics is a plus
- Quick response time and ability to multitask
