Key Deliverables:

• Analyze transaction success rates across platforms, merchants, and categories
• Conduct root cause analysis for payment failures and drop-offs
• Generate dashboards, reports, and alerts for performance tracking
• Recommend strategies to improve transaction reliability

Role Responsibilities:

• Identify trends and bottlenecks in payment success rates
• Collaborate with banks, PSPs, and internal teams on issue resolution
• Track key SR metrics and benchmark against industry standards
• Optimize platform-specific and category-wise payment performance
