We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant to join our team. The consultant should have good knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion, specifically in the Logistics-Warehouse Management module. The consultant should have experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects. The consultant should also have the capability to lead a team from offshore and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion – Logistics-Warehouse Management to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead and participate in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects.
- Understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to the offshore team, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
- Perform system configuration and customization according to business requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and provide support during user acceptance testing.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist with ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant.
- Good knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion – Logistics-Warehouse Management module.
- Experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects.
- Capable of leading a team from offshore and effectively managing project deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Oracle ERP Fusion certifications will be an added advantage.
