We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to take ownership of end-to-end development, integration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires strong technical capabilities with Oracle HCM modules, especially in areas like HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support integrations using:
- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- HCM Extracts
- Oracle HCM APIs
- Perform data conversions, technical configurations, and interface developments.
- Create and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for various business scenarios.
- Work with functional consultants and business stakeholders to interpret business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Write clear, maintainable technical documentation, mapping documents, and integration guides.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues independently across technical landscapes.
- (Optional) Design and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations for HCM-related processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Hands-on experience with:
- HCM Extracts
- HDL/SDL (HCM Data Loader / Spreadsheet Data Loader)
- Fast Formulas
- OTBI / BI Publisher
- HCM APIs
- Ability to write efficient, optimized code and manage large-scale data operations
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Good to Have (Optional):
- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integrations
- Familiarity with security roles, payload structures, and REST/SOAP APIs in HCM
- Prior involvement in HCM Cloud implementations or migrations
