Job Title--Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Experience-5-10
Location-PAN India
Notice- Immediate to 15 Days
Requirements;-
- The candidate is expected to have 8 to 15 years of expert domain knowledge inHCMcovering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-endHCMCloud Implementations.
- The candidate must have good working experience onTime & Labor modules.
- In-depth understanding ofHCMCloud Time & Labor business process and their data flow.
- The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
- Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements for Time & Labor in Oracle Cloud.
- Understand the business requirements for Time & Labor and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle Cloud.
- Able to write complex Fast Formulas for Time & Labor.
- Good understanding of the interaction of Time & Labor with Payroll module.
- Experience of migrating data from varied legacy systems for Time & Labor modules.
- Good understanding of Integrations, HDL,HCMextracts, data conversion for these modules.
