Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong
functional testing experience to support Oracle HCM implementations, enhancements, and testing activities. The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge across HCM modules and hands-on exposure to SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant across modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, OTL, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Compensation (as applicable).
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Perform functional configurations, setups, and validations in Oracle HCM.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Coordinate with technical teams for defect resolution and change requests.
- Support UAT cycles, data validation, integrations, and reports testing.
- Create and maintain functional documentation such as BRD, FDD, and test scripts.
- Provide go-live and post-production support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle EBS HCM (as applicable).
- Proven experience in functional testing and UAT support.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end HCM business processes.
- Experience working with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with ERP testing or automation tools.
- Exposure to Oracle HCM implementations or upgrades.
- Experience in integration testing with third-party payroll or benefits systems.
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud.
