Role : Oracle HCM

Exp Range : 5+Years

Location : Bangalore

Walk in Location : Bangalore - Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Brigade Bhuwalka Icon, Whitefield Main Rd,Pattandur Agrahara, Whitefield, Bengaluru - 60066

JD :

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US)
  • Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc.
  • Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI. Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL)
  • Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition. · Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
