About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Benefits, Oracle Compensation, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules, and support end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Benefits, Compensation, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development.
- Execute system testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and project stakeholders.
- Support data migration, reporting, and integration activities as required.
- Create user documentation and deliver end-user training.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Oracle Benefits
- Oracle Compensation
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or support projects.
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Core HR, Absence Management, or Talent Management is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Reports, or OTBI is preferred.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
