About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in endtoend implementation and support across any region (US, UK) and any Oracle HCM Core module.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support endtoend Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and ongoing support projects.
- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, define solutions, and perform system configuration.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality and timely deliverables.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced project environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong functional understanding of Global HR and at least one additional module:
- Core HR, US Payroll, UK Payroll, Absence, OTL, ORC, Talent, Learn, Benefits, Compensation, Helpdesk/HRHD, etc.
- Handson experience in fullcycle implementation projects (12 cycles preferred).
- Ability to translate business needs into effective Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
- Experience with Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Compensation, or OTL).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills, with the ability to work across multiple regions and modules.
