About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM solutions aligned with HR and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle HCM implementations, rollouts, and support engagements
- Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure Oracle HCM modules based on organizational needs
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions
- Conduct CRP sessions, UAT support, and end-user training
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and Oracle best practices
- Work closely with HR stakeholders including recruitment, payroll, and employee lifecycle management teams
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBS HCM
- Hands-on experience in modules such as:
- Core HR / Global HR
- Payroll
- Talent Management
- Recruitment / ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
- Performance Management
- Experience in at least 1 to 2 end-to-end implementations
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Ability to create BRDs, FDDs, and functional documentation
- Experience in HR reporting, compliance, and integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or MBA (HR)
- Oracle HCM Certification is an added advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
