Job Description
Hiring: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years
Required Modules: Oracle HCM OTL, ORC, Time & Labor, and Learning
Key Requirements:
- Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and time management processes.
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Learning Management.
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, workflows, approvals, and functional documentation.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
