Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant to join our growing team and drive enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management implementations.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementations

Configure Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development modules

Design talent solutions aligned with performance frameworks, competency models, and succession strategies

Integrate Talent modules with Core HR, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Profile Management

Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support

Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas and create OTBI reports and dashboards

Must-Have Experience

6+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience

At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Talent Management implementations

Strong expertise in Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Talent Review, and Profile Management

Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas and OTBI reporting Preferred
