We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Absence Management, Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules, with proven experience in cloud-based HCM implementations. Additionally, familiarity with Workday-to-Oracle HCM migrations is highly desirable. This role involves collaborating with clients, gathering business requirements, and ensuring smooth transitions and deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Absence Management, Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Collaborate with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to HCM solutions.
- Provide functional expertise and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on industry best practices.
- Participate in migration projects from legacy systems, including Workday-to-Oracle HCM transitions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless alignment of functional and technical aspects of the solution.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting.
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with specific experience in Absence Management, Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
- Proven experience in cloud-based HCM implementations and upgrades.
- Familiarity with Workday-to-Oracle HCM migration is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at various organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus.
