Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design as-is and to-be business processes.
- Conduct prototype demonstrations, configure functional solutions, develop test scripts, and deliver client/user training.
- Drive effort estimation, resource planning, and other project management activities.
- Lead practice initiatives and ensure timely delivery with high-quality outcomes.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across three or more modules.
- Work efficiently in onsite/offshore delivery models and coordinate with multiple client stakeholders.
- Provide clear and proactive updates on project status, issues, and risks to Project Management.
- Mentor, coach, and guide junior team members while managing performance in a dynamic environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in the latest Oracle HCM Cloud release.
- Practical knowledge of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead medium to large teams and independently engage with onsite leads/clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments/projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and delivery excellence.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree with MBA (HR specialization) or
- B.Tech / B.E. with relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
