Position: HCM Functional Consultant - Core HR, Absence and Fast Formula

Experience: 12+ years

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune/Noida

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only.

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 12 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion/E-Business HCM Modules.
• Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
• Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
• Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules -

CORE HR

Absences

ESS & MSS

• Good to have the knowledge on below modules-

Fusion Time and Labor

Fusion Compensation and Benefits

Should be able to write Fast formulas

Should have good communication and presentation skills

Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation.

Qualification: BE or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain.

Level of Experience: Minimum 12 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules Other Skills (If Any).
