Job Description for Oracle HCM Functional:
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and OTL
- Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM
- Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs
- Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
- Understanding of HR processes and policies
- Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent, and Learning modules experience
