RPA UIpath Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• RPA Solution Design & Development:
• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
• Create reusable components and scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Automation Process Assessment & Optimization:
• Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into efficient automation designs.
• End-to-End RPA Implementation:
• Lead full RPA lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Ensure bots work seamlessly across integrated systems.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
• Monitor bots in production for performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and orchestrator-related problems.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance activities.
• Governance & Best Practices:
• Adhere to coding standards and best practices in RPA development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance frameworks.
• Collaboration & Team Leadership:
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams.
• Guide and mentor junior developers on UiPath practices and techniques.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Document workflows, technical specs, and user manuals.
• Generate reports on bot performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.
