iPivot is hiring experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant for our prestigious client, PwC India. Join PwC's Acceleration Center and work alongside global consulting teams delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM transformation programs for leading organizations worldwide. Role Overview
As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with a primary focus on:
● Core HR
● Absence Management
● Oracle Time & Labor(OTL)
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, HR leaders, functional consultants, and technical teams to design, configure, implement, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that improve workforce management and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze business requirements and conduct fit-gap assessments.
● Design, configure, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
● Lead Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor implementations.
● Configure enterprise structures, workforce structures, jobs, positions, grades, and locations.
● Design and maintain Absence Plans, Accrual Rules, Time Consumer Sets, and Time Entry Rules.
● Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), BRDs, and test scenarios.
● Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
● Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data migration, and enhancements.
● Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
● Provide consulting recommendations to optimize HR business processes and workforce management.
● Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining PwC quality and compliance standards.
Required / Mandatory Skills
● 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
● Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, rollouts, enhancements, support, and transformation projects.
● Strong knowledge of HR processes, including Employee Lifecycle Management, Workforce Management, Leave Administration, and Time & Attendance.
● Experience configuring Enterprise Structures, Workforce Structures, Jobs, Positions, Grades, Locations, Absence Plans, and Time & Labor rules.
● Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Functional Setup Manager (FSM), and Oracle HCM Security.
● Experience supporting SIT, UAT, Production Deployments, and Hypercare
activities.
● Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle HCM Analytics, and collaboration with technical teams for integrations and data migration.
What Sets You Apart
● Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems.
● At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
● Utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud for workforce transformation projects.
● Developing strategies for Human Resources (HR) transformation.
● Managing Oracle Time and Labor systems effectively
● Excelling in business process improvement within HR contexts
● Demonstrating analytical thinking in complex HR scenarios.
