Experience: 12+ Years

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR professional with experience leading large-scale implementations, transformations, migrations, and project recovery initiatives.

Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR

Experience managing complex enterprise programs and delivery governance

Exposure to GenAI / Agentic AI frameworks and AI-driven enterprise solutions

Strong stakeholder, delivery, financial, and risk management skills

Proven ability to stabilize and turn around challenged projects

Agile / SAFe delivery experience preferred

Oracle certifications highly desirable
