Job Description

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant with minimum 6-8 years of experience with SME skill in either of the following modules:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
• Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence
• Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn

1. Good understanding of the Business Processes
2. Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
3. Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes
4. Ability to build/review functional design specification documents
5. Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports
6. Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
7. Has worked with small and large teams
8. Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
