Job Title- Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant
Experience-6 12 Years
Location-PAN India
Notice-Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:-
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
- Configure and maintain Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Execute data migration, validation, and integration activities ensuring data integrity.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and user training.
- Review and apply quarterly updates to Oracle HCM Payroll modules.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Design and generate payroll reports and analytics as per business needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 67 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory compliance and reporting.
- Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations.
- Proficiency in configuring Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification (preferred).
