Job Title: Oracle Fusion Service Delivery Lead

About the role: Responsible for overall service delivery, stabilization and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion landscape, leading a cross-functional team across functional, technical and integration streams. Ensures SLAs, release readiness, incident/problem management, and stakeholder satisfaction for Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end service delivery for Oracle Fusion (Finance/SCM/HCM as applicable), covering incident, problem, change and release management.
- Act as primary point of contact for business and IT leadership, managing expectations, escalations, and communication on service performance.
- Govern SLAs/OLAs, track KPIs, and drive continual service improvement initiatives and automation.
- Coordinate work across functional, technical, integration and reporting teams, and with Oracle Support for SRs.
- Oversee quarterly Fusion updates impact assessment, regression planning, and go/no-go decisions.
- Maintain service governance routines (status reports, CAB inputs, postincident reviews, CSIP).
Skills and Qualifications:
- 10–18 years of IT experience with at least 6–8 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) service delivery or application management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL service management processes and experience running large application support engagements.
- Experience managing multi-vendor and onsite/offshore delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
