Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant at the Associate Consulting Manager level to support Oracle Cloud SCM managed services engagements. The role focuses on providing L2/L3 functional support across core SCM modules with strong expertise in WMS and Order Management, along with one additional module such as Inventory, Planning, or Product Management. The consultant will act as a subject matter expert, managing day-to-day support operations, ensuring SLA adherence, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for L2/L3 Oracle Fusion SCM support including incident resolution, service requests, configuration changes, and functional enhancements.
- Manage day-to-day operations of Oracle SCM managed services and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across Oracle SCM Cloud modules in collaboration with Oracle-managed services teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud SCM releases and industry best practices.
- Support SLA tracking, compliance, and reporting.
- Prepare regular performance reports and client satisfaction updates.
Module Expertise (Mandatory)
- Warehouse Management (WMS):
- Inbound/outbound operations, RF workflows, replenishment, labeling, cycle counting.
- Order Management (OM):
- Order orchestration, pricing, sourcing, approvals, fulfillment, ship confirm.
- One or more of the following:
- Planning: Demand and supply planning, collections, exceptions, pegging, S&OP, scenario planning.
- Inventory: Item setup, organization structure, UOMs, reservations, transfers, cycle counting.
- Product Management (Good to have)
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in support or managed services for Oracle SCM modules.
- Hands-on support experience across at least three modules (must include WMS and OM).
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Oracle ERP functional knowledge; at least one Oracle Level 2 certification preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks.
