Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in key HCM modules and be capable of handling implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities- Work on implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Configure and support modules like OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), Talent Management, Compensation, and Absence Management
- Perform data uploads and integrations using HDL/HCM tools
- Customize and manage workflows and approvals
- Develop reports and dashboards as per business needs
- Support testing activities including SIT and UAT
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
Required Skills- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Techno-Functional)
- Hands-on experience in:

- Absence Management
- Experience with HDL / HCM Data Loader / Integrations
- Knowledge of Workflows and Approvals
- Experience in reporting tools (OTBI / BI Publisher)
